Description
Chelsea Morning Farm connects food, land stewardship and community well-being through local, sustainable farm-fresh foods! We are a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm offering a wide variety of CSA share options from the Lake Superior region. Chelsea Morning Farm is located just north of Two Harbors, MN. We raise 3-acres of organic vegetables, produce high-quality pure maple syrup, raise diverse cut flowers, and fish Lake Superior for fresh-caught herring. In addition, we work with farm partners in the Lake Superior region to provide pastured pork, wild rice, berry and fruit crops to CSA members. Chelsea Morning Farm provides a weekly newsletter, the Chelsea Morning Thymes. Members come to know us well as we share information about sustainable farming, the food you are eating and our journey as young farmers in the region! During late summer, Chelsea Morning Farm hosts Farm Fest, a wonderful community event through which local food and sustainable agriculture are featured, fresh Lake Superior herring is served with a potluck-style dinner, youth activities are organized and live music fills the air. Everyone is welcome to attend!
